So many fitness programs fail clients because they don’t take a person’s individual needs and lifestyle into consideration. But we are individuals and a one size fits all program does not fit everyone, or anyone for that matter.
You have a much better success rate when your nutrition and exercise program is designed to work within the parameters of your life, tailored to the specific exercises that are best for your body and presented in a way that matches your learning and motivational style.

Factors like these will all make a difference in the types of exercise you should be doing and the specific exercises you start with, the frequency of exercise, the duration of each session and more. The same thing holds true for our eating and living habits. So, with that in mind…
When you begin to work with us, we always start with in depth 4 session health and fitness assessment and a custom program design.
Why? - Because we want it to work.

Heath Assessment
Your initial assessment involves you filling out a detailed questionnaire, and four 55 minute sessions.
During your first session we will do both a physical assessment of your health and fitness level and dive deeper into your current lifestyle and future goals. In your next three sessions we work together to design your personal program and start you on your journey. (Be prepared and dressed to do movement during all sessions.)
When the assessment is complete, you’ll have a program to follow with nutrition goals and habits, in app video workouts specific for your needs and a calendar to complete them.
Then to follow up, we set you on one of the paths below that fits your lifestyle and budget, with accountability to ensure your success!
$500 Your Home (within 20 min of Traverse City, additional charges apply for further distance.)

Book Personal Training or Nutrition Sessions Individually or in a Package
Depending on your goals and accountability needs we will schedule you for regular sessions 1 to 4 times a week. Session payments are due in advance each week or can be pre-purchased in packages of 10 or 20 sessions for a discount. In Home Pricing
Flexible Membership Options
Take the guesswork and scheduling hassle out and make fitness a consistent, stress-free part of your routine. With our new Personal Training Memberships, you get expert coaching, a plan that keeps you progressing, and the flexibility to fit your busy life—all without big upfront payments.

– A structured and regular plan helps you eliminate pain, build strength, and boost energy, so you feel your best every day.
In Home Training Membership Options range from:
4 sessions a month for $380($95 per session) to 12 sessions a month for $1020 ($85 per session)
Once your assessment is complete we will deliver 2 - 4 detailed workouts tailored to your bodies needs via your app. Each week, the workouts will change and progress to help you meet your goals. (The number of workouts each week will depend on your health needs, goals., and time available for the upcoming week.)
Turn on your in app notifications to get reminders to help keep you accountable to your workouts and engage in group conversation and challenges to motivate you to keep up the good work! You will get a weekly email asking about how each workout went. and if there were any exercises you particularly loved or found challenging. The more feedback you give us, the better we can plan your next week. One 60 minute video or in person consult per month is included to help adjust your plan or go over exercises.

Weekly Workout Membership
Once your initial assessment is complete you will receive your Monthly Heath Plan as well as tips to stay on track.
Additionally you will get access to the growing Time2Shine Fitness Group Member Area, as all our clients do for ideas, recipes and motivation!
With the Monthly Health Plan Membership, each month you will get a detailed questionnaire to complete and let us know about your successes, any challenges, any changes in goals, health, work schedule etc. Following your response, a 20 minute video consult is scheduled in order to adjust your plan and go over your new plan for the upcoming month.
