My Story

I’ve spent years helping clients transform their health — but like many of them, my own path to balance wasn’t straightforward.


There was a time when I was doing all the things: working nonstop, saying yes to everyone, trying to maintain a perfect routine that left me drained and stretched thin.


What I didn’t know then was that I had Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome — a connective tissue disorder that made my joints and muscles unstable and my recovery slow.


It took a personal wake-up call — emergency back surgery — to realize that health isn’t about doing more; it’s about doing what truly supports you.


Movement had always been my outlet, but it became my medicine. I learned to train smarter, not harder — to build stability, nourish myself well, and listen to my body instead of fighting against it.


That shift changed everything — not only my own habits but the way I coach.

Now, I help women discover that same freedom: to build strength, energy, and balance in a way that fits their real, everyday lives.
