This session is designed to give you immediate clarity and momentum — you’ll walk away feeling empowered and ready to take action.

Step 3: Ongoing Coaching 

After your Personalized Goal Session, many women continue with ongoing coaching to:

  • Reinforce new habits
  • Adjust movement and nutrition strategies as needed
  • Build accountability and consistency
  • Address challenges like hypermobility or chronic conditions
