But Part of the Solution Instead

If you asked most people how they feel about Mondays, you’d probably get a groan.
But I’m going to say something that might surprise you…
I love Mondays!
Not because they’re easy. Not because I wake up bursting with energy every single week.
But because of what they represent.
A reset.A fresh start.A new opportunity to step back into alignment with the goals I’ve set for myself.
Over time, I’ve realized something really important - our success isn’t just about what we do. It’s about how we approach what we do, because our outlook influences everything, including the results we create.
And Mondays? They’re where that approach gets tested.
Instead of dreading them, I’ve intentionally built Mondays into something I look forward to.
My mornings start by teaching a small group TRX class.
It’s one of my favorite parts of the week—not just because it’s a great workout (that somehow doesn’t feel as hard), but because of the energy in the room.
It’s an amazing group of women who show up for themselves and for each other.
There’s encouragement, conversation, accountability—and a reminder that you don’t have to do this alone.
From there, I have a few client sessions, and then I’ve carved out the rest of my Monday to focus on growing my business.
Not the busywork.
Not the “have to” tasks that fill time but don’t move the needle.
But the aligned actions—the ones that actually push things forward.
That structure gives my entire week direction.
It keeps me focused on what matters and helps me stay accountable to the bigger picture instead of getting lost in the day-to-day.
And that’s really the shift I want to offer you:
What if Mondays weren’t something to get through…but instead, something to step into?
What if instead of reacting to the week, you designed the start of it in a way that supports the life you’re building?
Because when your mindset and your actions line up—that’s where momentum comes from.
And momentum? That’s what creates real, lasting progress.
Here’s to redefining Mondays.
xoxo,
Kim
P.S. If you’re local and looking for a way to start your week strong, I do still have a few spots available in my Monday morning TRX class.
It’s a supportive, small-group environment focused on building strength, confidence, and consistency—without it feeling overwhelming.
Just reply to this email or reach out, and I’ll send you the details.
